Budoy – ABC-CBN first advocacy series feat. Gerald Anderson

Its the first time a posted something about the local TV show. Local channel’s Teleserye in not my interest like drama, fantasy series and love story. The reason why I created a post about Budoy is because of the inspiring trailer and story.

Gerald Anderson returns on primetime, he will be with Jessy Mendiola and Enrique Gil, two new but promising stars of this generation. ABS-CBN proudly present Gerald Anderson as “Budoy“, their new and first advocacy serye.

To give you a very brief introduction of the story, it started with Dr. Maniego who came from a family of doctors – his mother Dr. Alberta Maniego is a brilliant oncologist while his brother Dr. Isaac Maniego is a famous brain surgeon.

Budoy’s birth is a family blessing that turned in a family shame when they found out that Budoy has an Angel Syndrome, which delays the intellectual development of a child. The family decided to hide Budoy from the public and replace him with normal child.
