Medyo nkakainis pa naman kpg nadidisconnect frequently kahit pa mabilis connection. Pero I know that Globe is doing their best to improve the service.

Hi Reyah! Hindi ko pa alam eh, balak ko rin ipa-disconnect un PLDT tapos lipat sa globe. My 2yrs contract to sana ok ung connection.
So far okay naman doon sa Makati. Mas okay sa Sun. Hanggang dito sa Baguio gamit ko ngayon at mabilis naman. Sana tuloy – tuloy na okay.

I went to Globe yesterday, I availed the Personalized plan 999. I told the person that I want to upgrade my speed to 21Mbps, she said it is not applicable to the said plan. She said it is only applicable to Tattoo Torque and Tattoo Black. Nainis ako bigla kasi nakalagay sa brochure nila and sa website na pwedeng mag-upgrade. Hay. 😐
May friend din ako kumuha nyan dati pero hindi nya makuha ung 21Mbps na speed, 7Mbps lang kahit kalapit lang ung tower. Sablay talaga ang Globe, dami rin ako bad experience sa DSL nila.
