OLED is a solid-state semiconductor device that is 100 to 500 nanometers thick of about 200 times smaller than a human hair. It can have either two or three layers of organic material in the latter design, the third layer helps transport electrons from the cathode to the emissive layer but the picture shows a two layer design.

PMOLED consume less battery power than LCD, but it consume more power than other types of OLED due to the power needed for the external circuitry. It commonly use for small screen with 2-3 inch such as cellphones, PDAs and MP3 players.
AMOLED has TFT array that requires less battery power, its really efficient for large displays and also have faster refresh rates suitable for video. It consume less power than PMOLED and best use for computer monitors and large-screen TVs.
NVIDIA Tegra II is using a ARM Cortex-A9 (2-core CPU) and will brings extreme multitasking and faster browsing. With Ultra-low power Ge-Force GPU, it will provide outstanding mobile 3D gaming and play 1080p fullHD videos.
NVIDIA announced that this new chip has equipped with ARM Cortex A-9 (4-core CPU) and about 2 times faster than tegra 2. NVIDIA demonstrated that it can run decode video with 2560 x 1440 (1440p) extreme HD resolution.
I won’t explain how the accelerometer works because I’m not an engineer and it will be hard for others to understand its principle of operations. Accelerometer is now applied in camcorders and still cameras for image stabilization and anti-blur capturing. Phone application is to determine the orientation of the photo being taken and also for rotation the current picture when viewing.
Mechanical gyroscope is a spinning wheel or disk whose axle is free to take any orientation. Gyroscope is being used in compasses, aircraft, computer pointing devices to name a few. It is now introduce into consumer electronics and designers have incorporated them into modern technology since gyroscope allows the calculation of orientation and rotation like accurate recognition of movement within a 3D space than the lone accelerometer.
