As a VoIP service, you can call, send text messages and share photos anywhere in the world over Wi-Fi, 3G and 4G. After it reached millions of download for iOS and Android, Viber was released for Windows Phone 7 and Blackberry.
I downloaded Viber from Android Market on my Xperia mini four months ago and I personally recommended Viber to my friends because of the quality service that I’ve experienced. After using Viber free call regularly, I’ve noticed the difference between my service provider and Viber, voice is more clear and easy to understand, you can even hear and easily identify the background noise. Messages has no limit and you can also share images with huge file size.
Viber team revealed an interesting fact about the service. They reached more than 69 million global users who send nearly 40 million messages per day and 1 billion per month. It’s growing by more than 200,00 new users a day which make it – Viber claims – “the fastest-growing mobile VoIP and messaging company”.
Once you download Viber, it automatically search for your country. Enter your phone number in order to receive a verification code via SMS. Β It will ask permission and access your contacts and determine who already has Viber. Download Viber for Blackberry and Windows Phone here.
